Personalisation is key. We usually talk about making the messages personable by inserting the given name however, Vision PT Bangor take this a step further by signing off on all of their messages (ie. “Cheers from XXXXXX”).  This is simply done but not all clients take advantage of this.​​

The theory behind it is the layer of familiarity it brings with every message. It is essential to strengthen the relationship with every communicationso as to lessen the gap between manager and member.  This can also serve to make managers and trainers more approachable.​​
